เป็นอีกหนึ่งเกมดังที่พอร์ตข้ามแพทฟอร์มจาก Tablet มาลงใน PC
เป็นเกมแนววางแผนแบบ RTS รวมกับ Simulation เพื่อทำลายล้างโลก
โดยเราจะต้องสวมบทบาทเป็นตัวร้ายที่จะคอยพัฒนาเชื้อโรค
ซึ่งเริ่มตั้งแต่ตัวแบคทีเรียไปจนถึงอาวุธชีวภาพได้เลยทีเดียว
ซึ่งในตัวเกมนั้น
มันจะมีแผนที่โลกมาให้เราคอยจับตาดูสถานการณ์ทั่วโลกและใช้ในการแพร่กระจาย
เชื้อโรคไปยังประเทศต่างๆ จนกว่าเชื้อโรคจะแพร่กระจายทั่วโลก
และจนกว่ามนุษย์จะสูญพันธุ์จนหมด
ในการเล่นจะต้องคอยเก็บแต้มมาพัฒนาเชื้อให้แพร่กระจายเร็ว ออกฤทธิ์รุนแรง
ดื้อยา ทนสภาพอากาศและแฝงตัวเงียบไม่ให้คนรู้
และแน่นอนว่าเชื้อโรคก่อให้เกิดอาการต่างๆ มากมายเช่น ผดผื่นคัน ไอ จาม
เนื้องอก ไตวาย น้ำท่วมปอด โลหิตจาง บลาๆ ปฎิกิริยาเหล่านี้มีให้เรา เลือก
มากกว่ายี่สิบแบบ แต่ละแบบอาศัยปัจจัยต่างๆ เช่น อาการไอหรือจาม
จะทำให้โอกาสแพร่เชื้อโรคเพิ่มมากขึ้น
หรือบางชนิดที่รุนแรงจนตายในไม่กี่วันก็มีครับ
